Information for Incoming Staff – Erasmus+ KA131 Programme
The University of Applied Sciences in Nysa is pleased to welcome academic and administrative staff from partner institutions under the Erasmus+ KA131 programme.
Whether you’re interested in teaching, training, or job-shadowing opportunities, our university offers a dynamic, international environment and a supportive atmosphere for personal and professional development.
Who can apply?
We invite staff from higher education institutions with a valid inter-institutional Erasmus+ agreement with UAS Nysa, including:
- Academic staff for teaching activities
- Administrative or academic staff for training or job shadowing
What activities are possible at UAS Nysa?
1. Staff mobility for teaching
- Deliver lectures, seminars, or workshops to our students.
- Collaborate with faculty members on course content and curriculum development.
- Duration: 2 days to 5 days, minimum 8 hours of teaching per week.
2. Staff mobility for training
- Participate in professional development activities such as:
- Job shadowing
- Observation visits
- Attending internal workshops or meetings
- Gain insights into administrative processes, internationalisation practices, and academic support systems.
Practical information
- We welcome staff mobility throughout the academic year, depending on department availability.
- Check out the programme for the upcoming International Staff Training Week organized by the UAS in Nysa - it may be a good opportunity to visit us. We also accept staff from universities with which we do not have a signed Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement.
How to apply?
- Ensure your home institution has an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement with UAS Nysa.
- Contact your International Office to express your interest.
- Reach out to the International Cooperation Office at UAS Nysa to discuss your preferred dates and mobility goals.
- Send (international@pans.nysa.pl) the Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Training to our International Cooperation Office and get the approval.
