UAS in Nysa implements a modern system Jaśmin for the Internal Security Faculty
Thanks to the modern system for the Internal Security Faculty implemented at UAs in Nysa, the quality of teaching has been raised, and Jasmin will likely also contribute to the security of our region residents.
System has been bought last year by the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, and currently it started to be implemented during Emergency Management classes. It is designed to support the planning process that is carried out by the county emergency management teams. Floods, fires, and windstorms—these are the 3 most common natural disasters that occur in Poland. The system offers many possibilities, including coordinating the activities of the public administration. It allows the introduction of new organizational units with maps.
Using the example of the flooding threat from the Biała Głuchołaska River that occurs in Nysa County University will test functionalities of the system. As mentioned by the Dr. Grzegorz Kwaśniak, lecturer at UAS in Nysa. In the future UAS in Nysa has the ambition to create a training centre for the districts and municipalities of our province.
